Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of product packaging in the form of a small pouch with the wording KATJES in yellow stylized font with a yellow heart on top of the letter J on a background in shades of dark and light blue with gray curly lines throughout and a gray heart at the bottom right of the mark. Placed partially on the left side of the heart is the wording PARTY in a violet stylized font with a white outline around each letter. To the left of the wording PARTY WUNDER-LAND is a white unicorn outlined in the color black, with the color blue inside its ears and nostrils, with eyes the colors black and blue. The horn of the unicorn is in yellow. The face of the unicorn has a red lips from a kiss and the mane is intoe colors purple, violet, orange, blue and green. All over the background of the mark are ovals, crescents, and circles in the colors yellow, orange, green, blue, and violet. The broken lines depicting the form of the packaging by outlining the shape of the pouch indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
