COINTREAU

Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of an amber bottle which is rectangular at the bottom and curves at the top directly below the bottle neck, the bottle has a short bottle neck with a copper cap and a copper band beneath the cap, a vertical copper ribbon design with an orange stripe runs vertically from the copper band to the label on the front of the goods, there is a round copper seal halfway up the ribbon, the label appearing at the bottom end of the ribbon is a cream white vertical rectangle, a design of a copper banner containing the word COINTREAU in black letters runs at a slight upward angle across the top of the label, below the word COINTREAU is the design of a building with a pointed roof and a large arched doorway drawn with copper lines, the wording MAISON COINTREAU runs across the building below the pointed roof, the designs of two orange halves in orange with green leaves appear on each side of the building design, the building archway is also embossed on the side of the bottle with the word COINTREAU running vertically upward in the middle of the arch design.
