Mark description

The mark consists of the letters "T" "I" "E", capitalized, aligned to each other, wherein the "T" is grey and italic, the "I" is grey and bold, and the "E" is blue and bold; the font of "T" is different from the font of letters "I" and "E". A thick green line extends below the letters "T" and "I", while a thick red line partially extends below the letter "E", offset from the left edge thereof, in between the red and green lines is a white space; at the bottom, in smaller size, there is a blue rounded rectangle the lower baseline of which is interrupted by the word "EXPERIENCE" in blue and bold; the wording "TRUEITALIAN" is contained inside the rounded rectangle, the letters of which are aligned to each other, the letter "T" capitalized, grey and italic, the letters "RUE" are lowercase, grey and italic, the letter "I" is capitalized, grey and bold and the letters "TALIAN" are lowercase, grey and bold; the font of the portion "TRUE" is different to the font of the portion "ITALIAN"; a green line extends below the letters "ITAL" and a red line extends below the subsequent letter "A", with a white space in between the green and red lines. The mark appears on a white background which is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
