Mark description

The mark consists of an overall rectangular white label design having larger and smaller section that each has perforated red edge at the top and bottom of each section. The upper rectangle features a white background with the stacked black wording "DISTIL." followed by the black "NO 9" with the "O" appearing smaller superscript font with a line underneath. Next directly below in stacked form appears the stylized wording, all in black, "SELECTED UKRAINIAN WHEAT", "SMALL", "FROM THE WORLD'S MOST FERTILE SOIL", "BATCH", "BLENDED WITH CRYSTAL-PURE WATER", "VODKA", and "FROM CARPATHIAN SPRINGS". Offset to the bottom right appearing in orange is the depiction of the busts of two older bearded males wearing a suits and ties featured within a dotted circle with the orange wording "STARITSKY & "LEVITSKY" separated by a dot and the wording "DISTILLING HERITAGE" around the inner perimeter of the circle all in orange. Then in three separate block sections outlined in orange with wavy black lines in the background and the black wording "BATCH NO", "BOTTLE NO", and "MASTER DISTILLER" and a signature in orange. Directly underneath follows the wording "PRODUCT OF UKRAINE" in black.
