Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized design of a label with the wording "VILLA GEMMA" in the center of the label superimposed over the image of a building, with the head of a boar with a worm extending through the boar's ears centered in the top portion of the label above the building, with a bee in the center portion of the bottom of the building, above a banner containing the word "MASCIARELLI" in the center with a rose centered by the banner, and a rose on the left and right sides of the boar's head. On the left side of the label, there are stylized letters "M" and "C" intertwined inside of a circular design with a worm near the bottom of the circle, a bee, rose, leaves, and grapes on the left side of the circle and a lady bug, worm, rose, grapes, and leaves on the right side of the circle. On the right side of the label, there is a Greek cross in the center of a circular design, with a worm, rose, grapes and leaves to the right of the circle, and a rose, grapes, bee, and leaves to the left of the circle. The shape of the label which is shown in the dotted lines is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
