Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle with the outline of the bottle and cap in broken lines used only to show placement of the mark, and the shape of the bottle and cap are not claimed as features of the mark. The otherwise clear front face of the bottle includes an F&I logo near the top edge of the body of the bottle, with the letters "F" and "I" appearing in a blue stylized font, and the "&" in a stylized red font, with a small blue mountain peak design between the "&" and the "I". This entire F&I logo is bounded by a blue rectangle with rounded corners. The lower portion of the clear front face of the body of the bottle features the wording "FIRE & ICE" with "FIRE" and "ICE" in a blue stylized font, and the "&" in a red stylized font. Above the "&" of the wording "FIRE & ICE" is a blue stylized design of a mountain with two peaks. Nearly the entire rear face of the body of the bottle is covered by vivid detailed imagery of a mountain landscape with four snow-capped mountain peaks in shades of white, blue, gold, gray, and black, a blue sky, a glacier lake in blue, with the reflection of the four snow-capped mountain peaks in shades of white, blue, gold, gray, and black in the water, and two birds in grey, white, and black flying in opposite directions above the mountains. The imagery printed on the rear face of the bottle can be seen through the clear portions of the bottle's front face. The cap of the bottle is blue with the blue wording "FIRE & ICE" and with the blue stylized design of a mountain with two peaks above the "&".
