Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle featuring a small label beneath the cap featuring a repeating pattern of stalks of grain and tractors, all above a large label around the center of the bottle with a jagged upper and lower edge, and the large stylized wording "ZUREK ZYTNI WÓDKA" each of which is printed on its own horizontal axis, with a design of a tractor between the wording "ZYTNI" and "WÓDKA" and a half design of a stalk of grain appears on the left side of the label. Beneath the aforementioned wording and designs are three plain horizontal lines around the label, with two vertical lines running down from the third horizontal line to the bottom edge of the label, with one thin horizontal line between the two vertical lines and two thin horizontal lines running out of the vertical line on the right. The dotted lines depicting the outline of the bottle represent placement of the mark on the goods and are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
