Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a paper packaging boxes, which include five boxes that are stacked on top of each other. All of the boxes have the same designs of a quarter circle on the front left of the box that extends to the middle of the front of the box and includes stylized stars, snowflakes, and leaves within the quarter circle. Next to that larger quarter circle are the foreign wording in larger font and smaller wording below " "ELLEAIR WHITE" MADE WITH 100% PURE PULP.". To the right of this wording is a smaller quarter circle on the bottom right of the front of the box. The same design is present on the top of the top box and also is presented on the left side of the boxes, except the larger quarter circle is on the top left corner and the smaller quarter circle is on the bottom right and there is a stylized circular design next to the wording "ELLEAIR" and above the foreign wording all in black. The bottom right left includes numbers and the foreign wording, which transliterates to "360 sheets (180 sets)". The boxes all have different colors, except for the stylized circular design on the left. The first box designs are light blue, the second box is green, the third box is yellow, the fourth box is pink, and the fifth box is purple. The broken lines depicting the outer outline of the box and the broken lines at the top of the box indicating the perforated opening for the removal of tissue and to the right of each box, the broken horizontal lines in the middle of the box that separate the right side of the box and include broken lines that represent a half circle that is situated in the middle of each of the perforated horizontal lines indicates placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
