Mark description

The mark consists of two vertically arranged elongated octagons surrounding three concentric elongated hexagons. Beginning with the outermost octagon, the colors of the octagons are: dark brown and tan. Beginning with the outermost hexagon, the colors of the hexagons are: dark brown and white. The inner-most hexagon carries a dark brown and tan scenery featuring hills with grass appearing in the top portion of the hexagon and a pond with a branch with four leaves appearing in the bottom portion of the hexagon. At the top and bottom points of the outer-most octagon, a dark brown stylized diamond appears. At the center of the hexagons, four concentric diamonds appear carrying a light brown mansion and the black wording "BELVEDERE" above the light brown wording "HERITAGE 176". Beginning with the outermost diamond, the colors of the diamonds are: light brown, white, light brown, and white. The white background appearing outside the octagons and diamonds is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
