Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a clear bottle for use as packaging for the goods and two-dimensional wording and designs thereon. However, the shape of the bottle and bottle cap are indicated in broken lines to show that they are not part of the mark and only serve to show positioning of the features of the mark on the bottle. The liquid shown in the bottle is not a part of the mark. The upper portion of the bottle features a decorative label consisting of a pattern of the same size rectangles containing various geometrical figures and patterns, such as a leaf shaped design element, triangles, forty-five degrees sectors of a circle, a half circle and a pattern consisting of dots presented in systematic rows and columns and a pattern consisting of equal horizontal lines, in colours blue, white, yellow, red, light blue and silver. There is a silver band along the bottom of the label. The main portion of the body of the bottle features a white diamond-shaped label with rounded corners. There is a golden outline near the edge of this label. Inside the label is a red shield with the letters "VT" inside in a white font. Below this and inside the white diamond-shaped label is the wording "VANA TALLINN" in a blue font. Below this is the word "Spritz" in a red font. The diamond-shaped label is surrounded by a decorative square label featuring of a pattern of the same size rectangles or parts thereof containing various geometrical figures or patterns, such as a leaf shaped design element, half circles, forty-five degrees sectors of a circle and patterns consisting of dots presented in systematic rows and columns and patterns consisting either of equal horizontal or vertical lines, in colours blue, white, orange, yellow, red, beige, light blue.
