Mark description

The mark consists of the following: four shaded squares with each containing a design, the upper left square is a green shaded square, divided into five sections by wavy lines, shaded darker green to lighter green from bottom to top. Within this is three white and green leaf designs. On the upper right is a purple square containing the white outline of a light bulb with six surrounding light rays in white, and a right-facing human profile in white, and towards the lower left are four smaller-size lighter shaded purple rectangles with two rounded corners. On lower left is a blue shaded square gradating from blue to light blue, outer to inner, with four geometric figures representing a bust of a person in white, with one on top, one in the middle, and two on the bottom all connected by white lines. On the lower right is a light terracotta shaded square containing a terracotta arrow pointing to the upper right corner of the square. At the bottom of the square is a design of stacked coins in three piles with the first pile containing two coins gradating from dark terracotta to white, the second pile gradates from dark terracotta, terracotta, light terracotta to white, and the third pile gradates from dark terracotta, terracotta, light terracotta, tan to white. To the upper right outside the square is a small terracotta square. The letters "IP&L" are to the right in gray.
