Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle. The bottle consists of a pink wrapped cap and neck with the word "SANTONI" in black above the wording "PRODUCT OF ITALY" in black. A series of vertical alternating indentations and ridges run from the base of the bottle to the lower portion of the neck. At the center of the bottle is a label depicting red, pink, white, and yellow flowers, and yellow lemons and green leaves on a black background. In the lower part of the label is the word "AMARO" in white inside a black rectangle with a gold frame on the left, top, and right of the rectangle. The word "SANTONI" is embossed in vertical ascending orientation on the clear bottle centered beneath the label.
