Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of goods comprising a set of binoculars consisting of six views of the configuration. The front of the top left image comprises the pot shaped-like compass housing on the left part of the mark and a three-dimensional structure built through parallel line-protrusions on the surface of the right part of the mark, all in black. The compass housing further includes a circular design element with the wording "COMMANDER RACE EDITION" in white followed by "7 X 50" in white and "HD-STABILIZED COMPASS" in white, all on a background of black and gray curved lines. On the left front of the binoculars in the top left image is the wording "STEINER" in white followed by a white shaded rectangle with a black shaded triangle in the middle. Below this is the wording "GERMANY" in white. The other images show the three dimensional structure in black. There is a yellow locking device below the thumb wheel in all the images. On the right and left eye pieces in all the images are the terms "SPORTS AUTO FOCUS" in white. On the back view of the binoculars in all the images is the wording "CLICLOC" in white. There are covering lenses in all the images and the wording "STEINER MADE IN GERMANY" is in in darker shade of black on these elements. The matter shown in the drawing in broken lines are not part of the mark and that they serve only to show the position of the mark on the goods.
