KETEL ONE VODKA FAMILY MADE AT THE NOLET DISTILLERY

Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration a bottle with a black neck and cap, a large overall rectangular label affixed to the body of the bottle, a smaller overall rectangular label affixed to the lower portion of the bottle and several raised glass areas. On the top of the cap is a circle in copper surrounding the stylized text "KETEL ONE". The letter "K" is in black within a copper rectangular shape with two horizontal bars in copper above and below. The letters "ETEL ONE" are in copper and the first "E" appears to partially overlap the rectangle. Above and below the letters "ETEL ONE" are straight copper horizontal lines. Below this line is the term "VODKA" in copper. The neck of the bottle contains the stylized text "VISIT US IN SCHIEDAM HOLLAND" in copper between two horizontal copper lines. At the base of the neck of the bottle is a horizontal raised glass band with the text "KETEL ONE". On the top portion of the bottle is a raised glass crest showing two unicorns holding a shield. Above the shield is a helmet and an ox head. Between the unicorns' heads and the ox's head are two U-curved shapes with bifurcated tops. Beneath the unicorns are two shapes with three separate longer features towards their bottom and two oblong shapes in between them. Below the crest is a raised glass band containing the text "NOLET FAMILY DISTILLERY". The large overall rectangular label in white features a straight edge at the bottom of the label and the top of the label juts out upwards with horizontal copper lines at the top and bottom of the label. At the top of the label is an outlined square in black with the text "THE ORIGINAL" in black at the top and "POT STILL NO. 1" on the bottom in black. Within the square is a black and white image of a man feeding a coal-fired still. Below the square is the stylized text "KETEL ONE" in black with the letter "K" and a portion of the first letter "E" outlined in white. The letter "K" and a portion of the first letter "E" is within a red rectangular shape and outlined on top and below in copper. Above and below the letters "ETEL ONE" are straight copper horizontal lines. Below this line is the term "VODKA" in black. Below this are the words "FAMILY MADE AT THE NOLET DISTILLERY" on three lines in black with a horizontal black line to the left and right of the terms "AT THE". Below this is the signature "C.H.J. NOLET" in copper with a copper diagonal line underneath. The wording "C.H.J. NOLET" printed underneath and to the right in black. The signature and text are partially superimposed over a grey seal comprised of two concentric circles with the wording "THE NOLET FAMILY DISTILLERY FOUNDED IN 1691" and the design of a family crest within the inner circle all in grey. Below this is a dotted horizontal line in black. Below this are the words "10TH GENERATION & CREATOR OF KETEL ONE VODKA" in black. Below this is the smaller overall rectangular label shaded in black with a copper border inside another raised horizontal glass band. The label contains the text "11 GENERATIONS OF DISTILLING EXPERTISE" in copper with the word "OF" underlined in copper and "IN SCHIEDAM SINCE 1691" in white. Above and below the copper and white lettering are grey horizontal lines. In the center of this label and separating the wording is a circular seal outlined in white and comprised of the wording "THE NOLET FAMILY DISTILLERY FOUNDED IN 1691" in white with the inner circle shaded in white with the design of a crest showing two gold unicorns holding a shield. Above the shield is a helmet and above the helmet an ox head all in gold. On each side of and beneath the ox head are blue and white clouds. The shield is divided in a blue section on the left side depicting a silver ox head and a red section on the right side depicting six silver clovers. The shield rests atop green foliage. Below the bottom label is the raised glass text "IMPORTED SCHIEDAM HOLLAND". The matter shown in broken lines is not part of the mark and serves only to show the position or placement of the mark.
