Mark description

The mark consists of the three-dimensional configuration of packaging for the goods comprised of a container in the shape of a stylized humanoid robot with the stylized letters "PR" appearing on the front torso of the robot, and where the robot has a vertical cylindrical shaped head with a keyhole design on the top, along with identical horizontal cylinder style ears on each side, with a slightly raised oval face comprised of a horizontal concentric oval design and a small vertical oval design at the center, held up by a cylinder neck with raised ridges, which is connected to the rectangle torso bearing identical arms on each side made of a vertical three dimensional flat faced oval, raised cylinders for shoulders having raised ridges on its side, and raised horizontal rectangles with slight raised frontal midpoints comprising elbow connections, along with identical robotic style legs in the form of vertical rectangles with horizontal semi cylinder protrusions to simulate knees and then protruding trapezoid shapes on top of rectangles to simulate feet.
