Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the product packaging in which the goods are sold, namely, a dark yellow flattened rectangle shaped wrapper with two ends flared with serrated edges with black outlining. Across the middle of the red rectangular shape is another rectangular shape with two curved sides. Inside this rectangle is a scene of blue sky, white clouds, dark green trees, green, light green and yellow fields with a white house with a brown and light brown roof and a windmill in black, dark brown and yellow on the left. On the right is another building in white and black with a dark yellow roof. At the bottom of the scene is a curved brown bar outlined in black and white. To the right of the bar is the depiction of a candy bar in dark brown and light yellow layers with the representation of extra chocolate icing in dark brown with white highlights running down the side of the candy bar, curving above the bar and splashing down and to the right of the candy bar. Over the scenery at the top is a curved shape in white with yellow outlining. Inside the shape is the stylized wording "KOPOBKA" in white with dark yellow splotches, outlined in red and orange. Above the wording is the depiction of two flowers in white with a yellow center, black outlining then pink, red and orange outlining. Next to the flowers is a patch of green grass with a cow standing on it. The cow is white and yellow with brown and darker brown spots, and a pink white, yellow, and brown face, red, brown and yellow ears and white horns and a pink and white udder outlined in dark brown, all with black outlining. The cow is holding a white and yellow flower with black outlining in its mouth. Above is a partial reversed design of the top of the center image that includes the two flowers and partial letters colored the same as the center image. The broken lines depicting the shape of the product packaging and serrated edges indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
