Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a blue bottle which has a dark blue mushroom-shaped cap, a neck below the cap having a dark blue label, on the label in white lettering are the words "CORIANDER" in the upper left, "ANGELICA" in the upper right, "VAPOUR INFUSED" in the center, "ORRIS" in the lower left, and "GRAINS OF PARADISE" in the lower right, on the label in gold lettering are the words "HAND SELECTED" above the center and the words "FINEST BOTANICALS" below the center, a shoulder below the neck, a rib between the neck and the shoulder, and a body of the bottle below the shoulder, the body having a pair of ribs, one inside the other, each in the shape of an elongated upside-down U extending the length of the body, an image of a blue gemstone above the middle of the body, the gemstone surrounded by a gold setting having a gold crown at the top and blue rectangles around the gemstone, below the gemstone is the wording "STAR OF BOMBAY" in white lettering, at the bottom of the bottle in white lettering is the wording "SLOW DISTILLED AN EXTRAORDINARILY REFINED GIN CRAFTED IN SINGLE BATCHES WITH BERGAMOT AND AMBRETTE SEEDS IN HARMONY WITH BOMBAY'S SIGNATURE BOTANICALS", "PRODUCT OF ENGLAND". The broken lines depicting the shape of the bottle and the cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
