Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the packaging of the covered goods consisting of a bottle having gradient coloring from transparent white on the top of the bottle, to gray in the middle, to black on the lower part of the bottle. A central diamond shaped label appears with a pink border and black interior with "HABIBI" in white letters and featuring multiple pink geometric designs in the nature of diamonds, angles, lines and partial triangles and all on a black background. A black dot appears in each corner of the diamond label. Ornamental designs in shades of pink appears within the pink diamond-shaped label border. On the neck of the bottle, a raised letter "H" appears in transparent white surrounded by a geometric pattern of interlocking lines encircling the neck of the bottle. In addition, a second rectangular label oriented vertically on the neck of the bottle shows "HABIBI" in pink letters and pink geometric patterns of interlocking lines and a pink border outline, all on a black background. The shape of the bottle as indicated by broken lines is not part of the mark and serves only to show the position and placement of the mark.
