Mark description

The mark consists of the following: a two-dimensional design that appears to be three-dimensional of a rectangle with a four dark gray vertical lines on the left and right sides of the design and light gray horizontal lines on the center portion of the design with one dark gray horizontal line across the entire rectangle design. There is a design of a dark gray, light gray, and white shield with three dark and light gray tobacco leaves on the shield with a white background in the shield and with two dark and light gray heraldic lions on either side of the shield design and a dark and light gray banner design in the bottom portion of the design with dark and light gray leaf designs and decorative scrolling. Below the shield design is the wording "FINEST VIRGINIA TOBACCOS" in dark gray. In the center of the mark is a smaller shaded dark red rectangular shape with curved sides and light red horizontal lines inside the rectangle and curved bands in shades of orange on either side of the curved rectangle.
