The mark consists of the numeral "12" in white stylized font, within a white square outline border. Behind the numeral "12" appears the Chinese character for the number "12", in yellow and orange with a black border. Behind the Chinese character for the number "12" appears four overlapping and off-set black triangles, connecting at the points to a black circle, broken where the Chinese character for the number "12" meets the circle. Outside of the inner black circle is an outer black circle, divided into twelve segments with twelve black bars. Within each of the twelve segments are twelve zodiac images and their corresponding Chinese characters to the left of the images, all in black, and consisting of a rat, an ox, a tiger, a rabbit, a dragon, a snake, a horse, a sheep, a monkey, a chicken, a dog and a pig. The background of each segment is colored yellow. Behind all of the aforementioned is a star-burst or sunshine image, in red, orange, and red. Behind the star-burst or sunshine image is a starry sky, i.e., a black background with yellow, orange, and white dots representing stars.
