Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the product packaging in which the goods are sold, namely, a white flattened rectangle shaped wrapper with two ends flared with serrated edges. There are 8 vertical lines on either side of the mark indicating the location in which the sides of the packaging are sealed. The bottom of the packaging has a wavy dark brown section which has a light brown outline on the top. Crossing part of the wavy dark brown section is a dark red rectangle with white and yellow outline. In the top center of the mark is a drawing of a stylized brown and white cow with black eyes and pink muzzle and pink utters, all having a dark brown outline. The cow is holding a white flower with a brown outline, a light yellow center, and a brown stem in its mouth. The cow is standing on green and light green grass with the portion beneath the stylized cow being the lightest. On either side of the cow there are two white flowers with light yellow centers with black and brown outlines. Directly beneath the image of the stylized cow standing on the grass is the stylized word "KOPOBKA" in white with light brown spots within the letters, all of the letters are outlined in black and brown. There is a dark yellow U shaped design in the middle of the package with a white and dark yellow smaller U shape within it, surrounding the cow standing in the grass and crossing behind the wording "KOPOBKA". To the right of the U shape is an image of a waffle candy with a dark brown exterior and a light brown interior with three lines of dark brown stripes within the waffle candy. Placed all around the wrapper, except within the U shape, are images of dark brown chocolates. The broken lines depicting the shape of the product packaging, side closures of the packaging, and serrated edges indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
