Mark description

The mark consists of product packaging for the goods and features a 3-dimensional bottle having a dark blue cap and neck; upon the neck appears a circular light blue crest featuring the light blue Greek wording transliterated as "APO TO" and the number "1888" circled around it showing the outline of a Greek warrior standing on a boat carrying a bow and an owl, with an owl sitting at the stern of the boat, with sunrays in the background; all of the aforementioned designs comprise the crest design and appear in the color light blue; below the aforementioned and located on the dark blue neck area of the bottle appears the stylized gold wording "12 STARS" with gold stars six stars positioned on either side and a horizontal gold band below; a larger version of the same wording/crest design appears etched in a darker shade of gold in the upper area of the body of the bottle; beneath this larger crest appears the stylized wording "METAXA" etched in gold; beneath the wording "METAXA" appears a yellow-white rectangular label upon which appears the stylized wording "12 STARS" in blue and the signature "S.
