Mark description

The mark consists of a characteristic representation of a bottle with a white and gray cylindrical body which is domed at the top with a black bottle cap and has, close to the bottom, a series of gray and white tapers resembling brackets framing a logo formed by the letters "S" and "M" in red and overlapped in a gothic style, with the text "MOLINARI" in the style of a signature superimposed in gray thereon, together with the text "SAMBUCA MOLINARI RICETTA ORIGINALE" as a footnote in block letters in gray. In the center of the bottle is wording "MOLINARI" in black, outlined with white, then gray, stylized font. Above "MOLINARI" is a stylized partial gray column. Beneath "MOLINARI" is the wording "SAMBUCA" in a red stylized font; a dark gray line is next to the "S" and the final "A." Beneath "SAMBUCA" is "EXTRA" in a black stylized font. Below the word "EXTRA" is a red quadrilateral. Above the column is a gray line which curves upwards at its middle; beneath this line is a smaller dark gray line above an equal-sized green line; both smaller lines mirror the curvature of the large gray line. These three lines are presented as mirror opposites beneath "EXTRA." The word "MOLINARI" is etched below the neck of the bottle in gray. Below the cap of the bottle are two sets of red and silver bands that appear to circle the bottle. Between the two sets of bands is a wider white band, which contains semi-circular etchings and the wording "MOLINARI" written in black.
