Mark description

The mark consists of package configuration comprising a light blue bottle with a pattern of crosses and dots with silver, gold and white labels. The dotted outline of the bottle shape is not claimed as part of the mark. The top of the bottle features a silver label with "POMMERY" written up the neck of the bottle in stylized blue font. Beneath this a gold label appears featuring a blue roundel in the middle with flourishes at the top and bottom in blue and four dots in blue on the right and left side. At the top of the roundel appears the word "CHAMPAGNE" in blue with "FRANCE" in blue appearing at the bottom.
