MINI MAESTROS

Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized wording "MINI MAESTROS". The wording "MINI" is in pink stylized font encased in yellow and outlined in black. Below the "MI" the yellow encasing and black outlining merge with a yellow diamond-shaped design outlined in black displaying a black treble clef. The letters in "MAESTROS" are individually stylized in different colors. From the left to the right, the "M" is green. The "A" is purple with seven purple dots along its left arm. The "E" is orange and its three arms extend to the right to cover a portion of the adjacent yellow diamond-shaped design with the black treble clef representing the "S". The "T" is in aqua blue with three circles displayed vertically along its trunk. The top circle is white. The middle and bottom circles are yellow. A portion of the "T" is superimposed on the adjacent yellow diamond-shaped design. The "R" is in red-orange and white with red-orange and white striping comprising its right shoulder. The "O" is displayed as a navy blue ring with outward rays resembling the sun. The last "S" is in blue. All the letters in MAESTROS" with the exception of the first "S" are encased in white border with black outlining both within and outside the letters. The white areas outlined in black between the conjoined letters, namely, "M-I", "I-N", "N-I", "T-R", "R-O", and "O-S", and the individual letters , namely, "R", "O", and "S", represent background and are not claimed as part of the mark.
