Mark description

The mark consists of a quadrilateral label having a grey background crossed through by a wide dark-red horizontal band; the lower side of said band is a straight line, while the upper side is a swaying line; the said band has, in its center, the word "Ferrarelle" in white partially black-edged stylized types, and is underlined by a sinusoidal segment which is also white and partially black-edged; underneath the segment is the wording "SPARKLING NATURAL MINERAL WATER" in white; the lower side of said band has, in its center, an elliptical shape enclosing the wording "since 1893" in white types, a thin band having tapered ends and a thicker central part being placed underneath the lower edge of said elliptical shape, the central part being white and the ends green and red, respectively; the label is completed with wording "Bottled directly at the source" in black. A solid red line appears on the top of the mark, followed by a dotted line design. This pattern is also repeated at the bottom mark with the dotted red line above the solid red line.
