Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional trade dress shoe design for which the following primary features are claimed: 1) an arch design tag consisting of a rectangular tag with an upward curve at the bottom of the rectangle, appearing on the outer side of the shoe on the shoe collar; 2) a loop design tag consisting of a rectangular tag protruding upward from the shoe collar, on the inner side of the shoe; 3) the stylized word "CAMPER" appearing on the inside of the shoe; 4) an arch design tag consisting of a rectangular tag with an upward curve at the bottom of the rectangle appearing on the tongue; 5) a foot design on the outsole of the shoe consisting of the following: a series of two concentric circles, with dots in between the two circles, surrounded by a border representing the sole of a foot; five "U" shaped designs with dots down the middle, representing toes; the stylized word "CAMPER" appearing on the heel. The remaining design elements on the upper portion of the shoe, including the toe box, the vamp, the tongue, the shoelaces, the sides, the collar, the back and the seams, all shown in broken lines, are not claimed as features of the mark but serve only to show placement of the mark.
