The wording "DEDICATED TO CULTURAL RAPPROCHEMENT" appears as a stem to the flower, curving from the lower section of the flower and extending to the right to the lower section of the second figure, the latter consisting of a dome-topped building with silhouettes of three people and the wording "FONDAZIONE ROMUALDO DEL BIANCO" forming a downward curving arc above the dome, below which is a curved design element forming an upward arc to cup the building.
