On the right portion of the frame is the term "NAPOLEON", on the bottom portion of the frame is the wording "TRADITION DEPUIS 1892", and on the left portion of the frame is the wording "MANDARINE". The medallions appear as follows from left to right: The first medallion contains the wording "POTABLE AWARD 1977" and there is a circular wreath design inside of a double lined border. The second medallion contains the partially hidden wording "CLUB OENOLOGIQUE" and there is a 5-pointed star device at the bottom of the medallion, a circle with a cutout diamond shaped center and four arrowhead designs pointing towards the center. The third medallion contains the wording "MONDE SELECTION BRUXELLES SELECTION DE LA QUALITE". The design is an elongated globe, on which is superimposed the design of a building. The fourth medallion contains the wording "THE INTERNATIONAL WINE & SPIRIT COMPETITION GOLD AWARD 1996". There is a seated human figure in front of a Greek column and the word "GOLD" appears in large letters at the bottom. The fifth medallion contains the partially hidden Slovenian wording "OCENJEVANJE ZGANIH PIJAC", and next to it is the wording "LJUBLIANA 1977". The figure is a devil holding two birds and the letters "ONO" also appear. The sixth medallion contains the partially hidden wording "CLUB OENOLOGIQUE". There is a fived pointed star device at the bottom of the medallion, a circle with a cutout diamond-shaped center and four arrowhead designs pointing towards the center. The seventh medallion contains the wording "POTABLE AWARD 1977" and there is a circular wreath design inside of a double-lined border.
