Mark description

The mark consists of the color combination of red and white, as applied to trade dress comprising a service station and convenient mart for land motor vehicle refueling and maintenance, comprised of a building consisting of the convenience mart and service bays, and, a filling pump refueling area for motor vehicle traffic, wherein the color white appears as background substantially over the entirety of the exterior of said building walls, and, as background over the exterior structural elements of said refueling area, namely, on the base of the roof support, of the sides of its roof, on the front of its pumps, in barriers in front of each pump, and, wherein the color red appears on the canopy frieze, double supports of the canopy, petrol pumps, as well as signboards, plates and symbols, including those placed in the service station's interior and mini market. The K-shaped canopy frieze is also claimed as feature of the mark. The matter shown in broken lines, consisting of all structural components of the trade dress, including the building, service bays, and signs, is for placement purposes only and is not a feature of the mark. The wording "LUKOIL" appears in the sign and on the roof, and the wording "LUK" also appears at the top of the sign. The letter "o" appears as a drop wherever the term "LUKOIL" appears in the mark.
