Mark description

The mark consists of a three dimensional champagne bottle in dark green with an upper neck and cork label in gold containing the design in outline in black of a coat of arms containing designs of lions rampant on either side of a shield beneath which is the word "CHAMPAGNE" above the word "DELAMOTTE" which is above the word "FRANCE" all of which words are colored black, beneath which is a blue band at the bottom which includes lines in geometric figures in gold on the upper and lower portions of the blue band and which contains the first and last portions of the mark "DELAMOTTE" on either side of the blue band and contains a design having a dark gold coat of arms with lions rampant on either side of a shield against a light gold circle background which is in turn within a black circle containing the words "DELAMOTTE CHAMPAGNE" in the color white and which is within a gold circle which is in turn partially encircled with a gray circle broken at the bottom by a gold ribbon design containing the word "BRUT" in the color black, and having a white rectangular label at the bottom which has gold borders at the top and bottom with a blue border below the gold border at the top of the label and above the gold border at the bottom of the label and gold lines slightly below the blue border at the top and above the blue border at the bottom and containing a coat of arms in gold featuring rampant lions on either side of a shield above the word "CHAMPAGNE" in the color gray, which is above the word "DELAMOTTE" in the color black, which is above the word "BRUT" in gold and with the words "DEPUIS 1760 LE MESNIL SUR OGER ELABORE PAR SOCIETE A.S. 51190 LE MESNIL S/OGER FRANCE PRODUCE OF FRANCE NM 300 002" in the color black on the bottom of the label and the words "12% Vol" to the left and the words "750 ML" to the right in the color black.
