Mark description

The mark shows a beer bottle with labeling; however, the shape of the bottle and bottle caps are indicated in dotted lines to show that they are not part of the mark and only serve to show positioning of the features of the mark on the bottle. On the neck of the bottle the wording "HEINEKEN" is vertically displayed. Immediately below the wording "HEINEKEN" there is a five-point star. There is a transparent oval label in the center of the bottle with the following wording: "THE ORIGINAL QUALITY" on the top of the oval label, beneath such wording is the wording "HEINEKEN LAGER BEER"; underneath is a circular design with the following wording: "DIPLOME D'HONNEUR AMSTERDAM 1883", underneath is a five-point star with the wording "TRADE" immediately before the star and the wording "MARK" immediately after the star; there is a banner with the wording "HEINEKEN" in the center of the circular design creating the impression that it surrounds the circular design; below the banner the following wording is displayed: "MEDAILLE D'OR PARIS 1875", "GRAND PRIX PARIS 1889" and "HORS CONCOURS MEMBRE DU JURY PARIS 1990"; underneath the wording "GRAND PRIX PARIS 1889" and above the wording "HORS CONCOURS MEMBRE DU JURY PARIS 1900" at the bottom of the circular design there are two seal-like interconnected circular designs with vignettes; on the left side outside the circular design beneath the "HENEKEN" banner the wording "EST." is displayed, on the right side outside the circular design beneath the "HEINEKEN" banner the wording "1873" is displayed; below the wording "HORS CONCOURS MEMBRE DU JURY PARIS 1990" outside the circular design the wording "PREMIUM QUALITY" is displayed; at the bottom of the oval label the wording "BREWED WITH NATURAL INGREDIENTS" is displayed.
