Mark description

The mark consists of a packaging design including a three-dimensional cylindrical-shaped cheese wrapper with a rolled top edge in combination with printed material on the packaging including applicant's famous BRESSE BLEU trademark on the top panel and the side panel; the top panel including applicant's BRESSE BLEU trademark in white lettering with gold trim, a shield design positioned above BRESSE BLEU having a gold border with red and blue vertically extending sections wherein the red section includes an orange portion near the middle of the shield, the shield further including four white and blue flower designs on these vertical sections, the top panel further including orange lettering "L' Authentique Bleu De Bresse" below the shield and "A CONSOMMER DE PREFERENCE AVANT LE" at the bottom of the panel. The top panel having a blue background. The side panel including a similar round design as is found on the top panel without the orange lettering. The side panel further including a country scene in the colors white, beige and blue, a section of cheese in the colors white, beige, blue and green and a round information panel including white lettering and blue background with the same shield design as is on the top panel.
