Mark description
The mark is not in color. The mark consists of three equal-sized rectangles, each slightly wider than tall, each of a different color, side by side with a small gap between them. The first rectangle contains a white capital letter "I" in serif-less block lettering, and the rectangle is tilted about 15 degrees counter-clockwise. The rectangle immediately to its right is straight-on (not tilted), and contains a white capital letter "P", slightly off center towards the right of the rectangle, in the same font as the "I". The third rectangle, on the right hand side and slightly higher than the middle one, is also straight-on (not tilted), and contains the capital letter "R" in the same font as the other two aforementioned letters. Below the three rectangles (with a small gap separating the rectangles from the words) are the words "Irrational Public Radio," in a standard, serif-less font, with the beginning left end of the phrase appearing under the first third of the left-hand rectangle, and the end of the phrase extending beyond the end of the last rectangle by about the length of one of the rectangles. The first letter of each of the three words of the phrase "Irrational Public Radio" is capitalized, with the remainder of the letters of the phrase in lowercase. The three lettered rectangles and the words below them constitute a single mark, the former not appearing without the latter.
