SPITZ HOME OF THE DÖNER KEBAB

Mark description

The mark consists of the letters S-P-I-T-Z, in Papyrus font, with "HOME OF THE DÖNER KEBAB" below it in regular block lettering. The "I" between the P and T is modified with a caricature representation of a large conical spitz of meat, with a larger diameter and the top than at the bottom, and with marks to the side representing the heat and flames coming off the meat. The meat is also texurized with uneven cut marks along both sides. The colors orange and red are claimed as a feature of the mark. The color orange appears in the letter S-P-T-Z and in HOME OF THE DÖNER KEBAB, and both the colors red and orange appear in the design, with the left half of the design mark, the flames to the either side of the design, and the vertical lines connecting the meat cone to the horizontal lines on the top and bottom of the design mark in red, and the right half of the design mark as well as the horizontal lines to the top and bottom of the design mark (representing the top and bottom lines of an I) in orange.
