Mark description
The mark consists of the letters KCAA horizontally situated on a rectangular background that simulates paper from a lined children's writing tablet. Of the letters KCAA, the K is green, the C is red, the first A is blue, and the second A is a dark orange-yellow. The writing tablet consists of three horizontal blue lines and an off-white background. Underneath that, is the phrase PRESCHOOLS OF HAWAI'I in the color blue. Five animated children stand atop the horizontal swath above the letters KCAA. None of the children have defined faces. Of the five animated children the first on the left has light brown skin, dark brown hair, a blue tee shirt, red shorts with yellow flowers, and blue slippers. The second child from the left is taller than the first, has light brown skin, shoulder-length black hair, and a pink or salmon dress draping close to her knees. The dress has two horizontal wavy red stripes or lines. This child is wearing red slippers or sandals. The third child from the left is the smallest of the five, has light beige skin and yellow hair overlapping the shirt. She is wearing a green tee shirt with blue flowers and a blue skirt draping to slightly above the knees. This child wears blue shoes with tops no higher than her ankles. The fourth child from the left has beige skin and reddish brown hair covering the ears. This child wears a solid red tee shirt and two-tone shorts that drape near the knees. The child's right shorts leg is solid black; the left has the separation of tones, with black on the child's right side and blue with black stars on the left side. This fourth child is wearing brown slippers or sandals. The fifth child from the left has black hair, brown skin, and is wearing a dark yellow tee shirt, with a lighter yellow horizontal band of flowers chest level across the shirt. This child's shorts are blue. This child's shoes are high-tops above the ankles with two-tone black and blue. Only the bottoms, toes, and a circular patch nearly marking the ankles are blue.
