Mark description

The mark consists of the terms "HAPPY" and "NAILS" in a stylized font with a design separating the said terms, the design comprising of an abstract suggestion of a human hand consisting of a solid black oval, outlined in grey, overlaid with file elongate colored rectangles extending away from the black oval with a small oval of the same color at the end of each rectangle in the colors red, green, blue and purple. The letters "H", "Y", "N" and "S" are all in the colors light and dark red. The letters "A" and "L" are in the colors light and dark green. The letters "P" and "I" are in the colors light and dark blue and finally the letters "P" and "A" are in the colors light and dark purple, A black horizontal line with a thin white outline on the bottom on top of a gray horizontal line appears underneath the wording "HAPPY NAILS" the wording "AND SPA" appears in a stylized font underneath the horizontal lines with a small dark red diamond on either side of such wording. The wording "AND" "SPA" are in different colors with the letters "A" being both in the color green, the letters "N" and "P" being in the color blue and the letters "D" and "S" being in the color purple.
