Mark description
The mark consists of a three dimensional depiction of a black racing type car tire, found in the upper left quadrant of the mark. The tire has two playing cards showing on the interior of the tire (to the right), one card above the other. The top card is an ace of diamonds upon which there is a large red diamond centered on a white card with a smaller red diamond centered above a red capital "A" in the lower left corner of the card. The bottom card is a jack of spades upon which there is a stylized profile of a man facing to the right. The man has yellow hair and is wearing a red hat and a black and red shirt. The stylized picture of the man has a black line border on the upper and left edges. In the upper left corner of the playing card a black capital "J" is centered over a black spade symbol. Flowing from under the tire and expanding into the upper right quadrant of the mark is a black and white checkered racing flag. Following the line created by the bottom of the tire and the bottom edge of the flag, below the tire and flag, extending the length of the mark, is the word "BlackJack" in black bold face type. The word "BlackJack" is placed at a slight angle so that the letter "B" in "BlackJack" appears lower on the page than the final letter "k" in BlackJack". The word "Racing" appears in red cursive writing below the word "Black Jack". The word "Racing" is placed horizontally across the page in the lower right quadrant so that the top of the "R" in "Racing" overlaps the bottom of the "J" in "BlackJack".
