Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional forecourt of a vehicle service station with a main identification sign. The top of the main identification sign is white with the mark "MOBIL" displayed in blue letters except for the O which is displayed in red. Underneath the mark "MOBIL" is a blue rectangle with a white outline, which is above a blue rectangle with the word REGULAR in white, which is above a blue rectangle with the word SPECIAL in white, which is above a blue rectangle with the word SUPER + in white. All of the rectangles are separated by white lines. Next to the main identification sign is a canopy with a horizontal band in blue displayed on the top two-thirds of the canopy and the bottom third of the canopy displayed in white. One side of the canopy contains a break, with the mark "MOBIL" displayed in blue letters except for the O, which is displayed in red. Underneath the canopy are blue, red, white and green fuel dispensers, with the mark MOBIL displayed in blue letters except for the letter O which is displayed in red, all on a white background positioned at the top of the dispenser. The color blue is displayed in the middle and bottom portions of the dispenser with the word REGULAR displayed in white on a green background, the word SPECIAL displayed in white on a red background, and the word SUPER + displayed in white on a blue background. A red flying horse in a white circle with white shading and stripes indicating motion appears on a blue background positioned on the lower portion of the fuel dispenser. The other matter shown in broken lines in the drawing demonstrates the positioning of the mark only and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
