PACKAGED KENO TO GO

Mark description

The mark consists of the bold word "Keno" with a capital "K" and the rest of the letters lower case , followed by an enlarged period, all of which may be outlined. "Packaged", with a capital "P" and the rest of the letters lower case, is shown in a much smaller font and is positioned and centered directly above the "e" and "n" in Keno. The words "to go" are in lower case letters, larger in size than "Packaged" but smaller than "Keno", and appear in a stylized circle which is positioned slightly above and to the right of "Keno" and centered directly above the "period" after "Keno." The "o" in "Keno" slightly overlaps the stylized circle surrounding "to go." The stylized circle features three pointed lines that extend parallel (or approximately parallel) to each other in a slight downward angle from the back of the circle and directly over the first part of the "o" and the last part of the "n" in "Keno." The stylized circle with the three lines may be shown with one shading color.
