Mark description

The mark consists of a green field at the top which is defined as a wavy band, rising up at the left of the mark then descending to the right and finally rising again at the left edge of the green field. The bottom edge of the green field is defined by a white graduated screen color bar which follows the wavy contour shape of the green band at its bottom edge. The entire mark is outlined with a silver foil border approximately 1/8 of an inch in thickness. Below the green band at the top and the silver foil which borders the said green band and to the left lies the TriMarc logo. Immediately below the Trimarc logo is an image of an adult male figure with arms raised and extended at ether side as well as the legs in similar fashion. This image is a mono-tone color, particularly blue. Directly to the right of the Trimarc logo is a red oval with the letter D and the numeral 3 which are white with a black outline around each character. Beneath the logo and red oval are the words Osteo-Poretical which are solid black in color. Beneath the black words Osteo-Poretical lays the silver foil border, outlining a wavy blue bar which is a duplicate in reverse of the wavy green bar at the top of the mark. The wavy blue bar also contains the white graduated screen color bar which follows the contour shape of the wavy blue bar at the top edge of said blue bar. The silver foil border extends to the left and right of the mark, outlining the mark in it's entirety.
