Mark description

The mark consists of a product label, the product label having a black background. On the left side of the product label are three Chinese characters in red which translate into English as "COCO LEAF BRAND". Below the three Chinese characters in red is the upper portion of a blue oval having a yellow border. Within the blue oval are two yellow Chinese characters across the top which translate into English as "GENUINE". Below the two Chinese characters which translate in English into "GENUINE" is a first vertical set of Chinese characters in white. The first vertical set of Chinese characters translates into English as "TAIWAN'S OLDEST". To the right of the first set of vertical Chinese characters are three large Chinese characters in white. Below the blue oval are several green coconuts interspersed with cutting from a coconut palm. In front of the coconut is a depiction of a glass having a white liquid. On the right side of the label across the top in red are the words "COCO LEAF". Below the words "COCO LEAF" is a blue oval having a yellow border. Within the top of the blue oval, in yellow, is the word "GENUINE". Below the word "GENUINE" in white script is the word "COCONUT", and below the word "COCONUT" in yellow script is the word "JUICE". Below the word "JUICE" are coconuts identical to the coconuts depicted on the left side of the label. Also interspersed with identical cuttings from a coconut palm shown in front of the coconuts is a glass identical to that depicted on the left side of the label, the glass appearing to contain a white liquid.
