EXACT COLOR SEALANT

Mark description

The mark consists of a graphic representation of the tip and nozzle of a tube of sealant and a bead of sealant, and the words "exact color sealant". The tip and nozzle are black and located on the top-left corner of the mark, pointing downward and angled approximately forty-five degrees to the right. The nozzle appears to be dispensing a graphical bead of violet sealant from right to left, which bead forms a horizontal graphic element extending approximately one-half the width of the mark, beginning approximately one-quarter of the width of the mark from its right side. The bead of sealant tapers from right to left, such that the right end of the sealant bead is wider and the left end of the sealant bead is approximately the same width as the nozzle from which it appears to emanate. The word "sealant" appears in a black, lower-case cursive font in the bottom right corner of the mark, beginning immediately to right of where the graphic representation of the violet bead of sealant begins. The words "exact color" appear in a larger, lower-case, non-cursive font, beginning immediately to the right of the nozzle and extend to the right side of the mark. Each of the letters in "exact sealant" is black except for the letter "X", which is substantially larger than the other letters and appears in a rainbow of hues which include, from bottom-left to right-top, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and the same of violet as the graphic representation of the bead of sealant. The cross-element of the letter "X" which extends from the bottom-left toward the top-right is approximately twice as long as the other cross-element.
