Mark description

The mark consists of a red square with three red rounded corners, shadowed in black on the left, right, and bottom. In the top left corner is a green silhouette of the state of Texas, shadowed in black, filling approximately 1/9 of the square. "ITS" in block white lettering to the right of the state of Texas and approximately on the same horizontal, shadowed in black on three sides, except the top. A five blue-pointed star with a thin black shadow filling a little more than the 2/3rd of the section of the square, under the "ITS". Two of the arms of the star are slightly smaller than the other three. A white broad tapering line curves up from the left side of the star to the state of Texas and under the south portion of the state. The white becomes a thin, shadowed line out of the northeast portion of the state and curves up to the top at the right to touch the top of the right of the "S". The black shadow of the white sweep touches the left bottom of the "I". A thinning yellow line curves up from the middle left of the star in the center of the white sweep and continues under the state of Texas, following the top of the curve of the yellow line, ending above the "T".
