Mark description

The mark consists of four squares next to each other with nautical flag designs therein. From the left, the first square contains the letter "S," a square design, and a ship design. The second square is divided into two triangles, one of which contains the letter "O" and the other contains a radar design over a grid pattern. The third square contains the letter "C," five stripes, and two gear designs. The fourth square contains the letter "P," a small rectangle, and a satellite dish design. The color yellow appears in the background of the bottom triangle in the second square. The color red appears in the top triangle in the second square and in the middle stripe in the third square. The color white appears in the background of the first square, in the top portion of each level of the ship design, in the grid pattern in the second square, in the perpendicular lines and circular outlines in the radar design in the second square, in the second and third stripes in the third square, in the center rectangle in the fourth square, and in the grid on the satellite dish design in the fourth square. The color blue appears in the center square in the first square, in the first and last stripes in the third square, and in the background of the fourth square. The color gray appears in the outline and sides of the ship design, in the background of the radar design, in the gear designs and in the base and background of the satellite dish. The color black appears in the letters in the mark and in the outline of each square. The remainder of the white in the drawing that appears around and between the squares represents background areas and is not part of the mark.
