The mark consists of stylized lettering of the words Concord and EMS within a cloud shaped oval with a horizontal line beneath the wording, but within the oval, with three equal sized rectangles intersecting so as to form a star like diagram in the upper left hand portion of the oval (extending both within and outside of the oval), with a snake wound around a torch within the vertical axis of the star. The star is violet except for the snake and torch which is white. The left portion of the oval is entirely gold except for the letters "Conc" and "EMS" and the horizontal portion of the line beneath said letters which are all violet. The right portion of the oval is entirely violet except for the letters "ord" and the horizontal portion of the line beneath said letters which are all gold.
