Mark description

The mark consists of a stylized fictional character depicting a "caveman" holding up a magnifying glass against a miniature model house. Specifically, the character is wearing a shaded yellow shirt having black polka dots thereon, and having a rust colored face and head representing hair and a beard, an open mouth with a visible red tongue, dark brown eye-brows and eyes, flesh colored ears, arms, hands, and nose, and is holding up a magnifying glass with black handle in his left hand, such magnifying glass appearing partially in front of (and magnifying) a miniature model house having beige striated sidewalls, dark windows, light brown shutters, a black door surrounded by a light brown door frame, a dark brown roof, and a light brown chimney, all of the above images being depicted immediately above the stylized terms "SECOND EYES," wherein the term "SECOND" appears slightly above and off-center to the left of the term "EYES," each such term appearing in a stylized yellow font within separate irregularly shaped black rectangular boxes, each such box outlined by a thin red border.
