Um placar eletrônico é, conforme folha 1/4 do relatório descritivo, "equipamento cuja função primordial é fornecer uma pluraridade de tipos de informações...". Desta forma, é sabido que os placares deste gênero têm uma placa, preferencialmente de cor escura, com lâmpadas que acendem de acordo com a indicação que se pretende demonstrar. A natureza de registro de desenho industrial protege a forma externa do objeto, e não sua função ou o objeto em uso.Assim sendo, o depositante deverá retirar as indicações quanto aos campos que formam palavras, inclusive no relatório descritivo. Apresentar, apenas, a conformação externa do placar através da substituição das figuras e do relatório descritivo.Retirar do título a palavra "poliesportivo".
