A funcionalidade não é objeto de proteção pelo registro de desenho industrial. Para regularizar o pedido, o requerente deverá retirar as inscrições nominativas, quanto à escala de cores, das figuras 1 e 3.Nas páginas referentes às figuras deverão constar, apenas, as inscrições "fig. 1, 2 e 3", sendo subtraídas as menções às vistas.
