Os objetos apresentados no presente pedido de registro de desenho industrial não foram considerados variações entre si, assim sendo, o depositante deverá proceder a divisão do pedido conforme Ato Normativo de desenho industrial AN 161/2002 da seguinte forma:PEDIDO ORIGINAL: atuais figuras 1, 2, 3 e 4;1º PEDIDO DIVIDIDO: atual figura 6;2º PEDIDO DIVIDIDO: atual figura 10;3º PEDIDO DIVIDIDO: atual figura 14.As figuras 6, 10 e 14 tratan-se de padrões ornamentais aplicados ao objeto das figuras 1, 2,3 e 4. Assim sendo, os pedidos divididos deverão ter como título "Padrão Ornamental aplicado em Tira para Sandália". Como trata-se de padrão ornamental, as demais vistas deverão ser suprimidas excetuando-se a vista frontal.Harmonizar o pedido às exigências acima.
